Your Right to Deletion

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. We are committed to processing all deletion requests promptly and transparently.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to:

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your Estately account
  • A clear statement that you wish to have your data deleted

What We Delete

Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete:

  • Your account and authentication data
  • Your virtual portfolio and bid history
  • Your saved preferences and filters
  • Your email and notification preferences
  • Your Telegram connection data (if applicable)
  • All associated usage data

What We May Retain

We may retain certain data where required by law, including:

  • Transaction records required for financial/tax compliance
  • Data necessary to resolve ongoing disputes
  • Anonymised, aggregated usage data that cannot identify you

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

If your request is complex or we have received multiple requests, we may extend this period by up to two additional months in accordance with UK GDPR, and we will notify you of any extension.

Third-Party Data

When we delete your data, we will also request deletion from our third-party processors (Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare) where applicable.

Social Media Accounts

If you connected to Estately through a social media platform (e.g., Facebook, TikTok), you may also manage your data through that platform's settings. Deleting your Estately account will remove the connection on our end.
